Henry F. Carpenito
President
Henry is a graduate of Northeastern University, Boston, MA with a Masters Degree in Public Administration . He is also a graduate of the Lee Institute of Real Estate, Northern Essex Community College School of Real Estate Licensure and holds a Brokers license in the States of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Henry began working in 1987 for a large commercial real estate brokerage firm which specialized in training and educating their employees in the field of commercial real estate.
In 1988, Henry founded Flagship Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in North Andover, MA which continues to operate in the same location at the Willows Office Park, located on Route 114.
Flagship Commercial Real Estate specializes in the Sale and Leasing of Office, Retail and Industrial space in the Merrimack Valley Area, which consists of the Towns of Andover, No. Andover, Methuen, Haverhill, and Salem, New Hampshire.
Flagship Commercial Real Estate has been and continues to be the top Selling and Leasing Commercial Real Estate firm in the area and has a long list of repeat clientele of investors and users of commercial real estate.

Jerry attended the Carlson GMAC Real Estate License School and holds a Sales
license in the state of Massachusetts. He was awarded a certificate for the
successful completion of The "Foundation For Success" Training Program and
Premier Service Training.
Jerry personally began buying and selling real estate in 1998, which lead him to work for a multi-million dollar company that provided a comprehensive group of real estate services. He joined our company in 2006 to concentrate on commercial real estate, which he brings Professionalism, Attention to Detail, Premier Service and Tenacity to help you in the important process of buying, selling and leasing your property.
