Henry F. Carpenito has 25 years of successful experience in negotiating leases for all types of spaces, Retail, Office and Industrial. He is an expert in negotiations who will take the stress out of the lease process for you.

Henry's qualifications as a Commercial Real Estate Broker are as follows:

Henry is a graduate of Northeastern University with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and a  Masters Degree in Public Administration. During his undergraduate education Henry completed several courses in Real Estate Marketing and Development. He completed the Lee Institute School of Real Estate Licensure located in Brookline Mass. on two separate occasions. 

Henry has held a Brokers License in Massachusetts and New Hampshire since 1987. Every two years he attends the State of New Hampshire and Massachusetts Real Estate License Continuing Education requirements for License renewal. Henry has been Selling and Leasing only Commercial Real Estate since 1987 and founded Flagship Commercial Real Estate Inc. in 1988 and serves as its President. The company owns an office condominium on Route 114 at the Willows Office Park. The company’s main area of focus is the Lawrence, Methuen, Andover/North Andover Commercial Real Estate Market. Henry has sold approximately 200 Office Condominiums in the North Andover area during the last 21 years.

Henry has been qualified as an “expert witness” in determining commercial property values in United States Bankruptcy Court in Worcester, Mass.
