Henry is a graduate of Northeastern University, Boston, MA with a Masters Degree in Public Administration . He is also a graduate of the Lee Institute of Real Estate, Northern Essex Community College School of Real Estate Licensure and holds a Brokers license in the States of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Henry began working in 1987 for a large commercial real estate brokerage firm which specialized in training and educating their employees in the field of commercial real estate.
In 1988, Henry founded Flagship Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in North Andover, MA which continues to operate in the same location at the Willows Office Park, located on Route 114.
Flagship Commercial Real Estate specializes in the Sale and Leasing of Office, Retail and Industrial space in the Merrimack Valley Area, which consists of the Towns of Andover, No. Andover, Methuen, Haverhill, and Salem, New Hampshire.
Flagship Commercial Real Estate has been and continues to be the top Selling and Leasing Commercial Real Estate firm in the area and has a long list of repeat clientele of investors and users of commercial real estate.

Nataliya V. Carpenito
Nataliya graduated with  MD degree from Russia. Currently she holds real estate licenses in the States of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, as well as a Diploma in Interior Design and Home Staging. Languages spoken English and Russian.
Nataliya performs office  and web support for Flagship Commercial Real Estate, as well as represents the residential buyers and sellers and provides relocation services to Southern  New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She  is also experienced with residential investment properties in Brookline, Cambridge, MA . ​
